New year, new you. The old cliche trying to convince us that we need to change and live better, healthier lifestyles. Most of us will try making a New Year's resolution. Some make them annually, riveted by the challenge involved in keeping them for a whole year, whilst others only rarely attempt it. But honestly, why do we bother?
